Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale periods and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.
Domestic shipping (Australia) Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote and regional areas may take longer.
Free shipping We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $100. Orders below this amount are charged a flat/calculated shipping rate shown at checkout.
International shipping We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch. Please note:
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping charges.
- Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and the shipping method selected.
Tracking your order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels While we do everything we can to get your order to you safely, delays can occasionally occur once a parcel is with the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support.xwithlove@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, and re-delivery for incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

Thank you for shopping with X With Love. We want you and your little ones to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Return conditions To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them
- With all original tags attached
- In their original packaging
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as feeding products, dummies/pacifiers, and personal care items) may not be eligible for return once opened, unless faulty.
Return shipping costs
- Change of Mind We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
- Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.xwithlove@gmail.com (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm AEST) with your order number and photos of the issue.
How to start a return Email us at support.xwithlove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply with instructions and, where applicable, a return address or shipping label.
Refund Process Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit card payments — refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal payments — refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your PayPal account. Please note that PayPal's transaction fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount in some cases
Non-Refundable Items The following are non-refundable:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or had tags removed
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Australian Consumer Law Our policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
